It would be cool to have a notification system for graded assignments. The idea being that you could click on an assignment and ask to be emailed when your grade has been entered.447 votes

It think it would be useful to add an option of receiving an email reminder one day before an assignment is due.17 votes

Canvas has that really nice feature that fetches assignments directly from cloud services. That'd be really nice.17 votes
Thank you for your enhancement request. It has been added to the ticketing system. Enhancement Request #7644 – Upload from Google Drive
1. Log in to Learning Suite
2. Click on combined schedule
3. Click on 7 days to show 7 days (top right corner)
After I log out or move pages and then go back to the combined schedule, I would like it to have stayed on showing the 7 days, rather than going back to 5 days and always reclicking on 7 days.8 votes

Assignment uploads currently only accept Microsoft Word and PDF documents. This means Pages (Apple's equivalent of Word) documents have to be converted/exported as Microsoft Word or PDF documents before the assignments can be uploaded. This creates extra hassle for Mac- and Apple-user students who need to upload assignments, even pressuring them to use a different word processing application.
Adding the acceptance of .pages extensions in addition to .doc, .docx, and .pdf would make the site more friendly to the Mac- and Apple-user portion of the student body.6 votes
it would be great to be able to sort assignment by date, regardless of category. the categories are nice for grading, but its really easy to miss an upcoming assignment because its hidden in a category at the bottom that is rarely used5 votes

When submitting a file, we currently have to click submit, choose file, and go find the folder where the file is located. It would be awesome to be able to drag and drop a file into the submission box instead, like google drive does for uploads.3 votes
Just a quick little fix. If you could submit assignments through to Learning Suite the BYU mobile app that would be awesome!
Sometimes for my classes I need to submit a picture of something and it would be so nice to be able to upload straight from my phone instead of having to email it to myself and then submitting it from my computer3 votes
Don't close an assignment's dialog thus deleting a student's work even if the due date has passed. Only wipe out work when it's been submitted. If the assignment late work should not be deleted. If a document is required but a student has written in text it should not be deleted when notifying that a document is actually required.3 votes
My students need to submit large, multi-file assignments for semester-long projects. Currently, the Learning Suite won't accept them, and returning USB flash drives at the end of a semester is a hassle.3 votes

Allow a message sent to one person on LS to be forwarded to someone else. I had to message an assignment and didn't know we had a TA, so I sent it to the teacher. Now I need to send it to the TA, and it is very difficult without forwarding.1 vote
