It would be cool to have a notification system for graded assignments. The idea being that you could click on an assignment and ask to be emailed when your grade has been entered.370 votes

As both a student and a TA, I would really appreciate if more than one file could be submitted in an assignment link so all of them could be uploaded to turn in and then downloaded to grade from one place. Essentially, this would look like attachments to an email.
For the classes I TA, I had to set up a class email for my students to submit their tax returns (which are on several different forms) because that was the easiest way to see all of their work at once.20 votes
Enhancement Request #6854—Multiple File Upload— Assignment
Make a mobile application available on Apple and Android devices for the purpose of reminding about assignments through push notifications and viewing a To-Do list of all assignments not completed. Additional features could later include seeing the the assigned readings, viewing content, viewing grades, etc. This app would be very helpful to students to not forget assignments. And c'mon... It's about time we get an app. We're millennials after all! There's an app for everything everything these days except Learning Suite.20 votes

It think it would be useful to add an option of receiving an email reminder one day before an assignment is due.11 votes
1. Log in to Learning Suite
2. Click on combined schedule
3. Click on 7 days to show 7 days (top right corner)
After I log out or move pages and then go back to the combined schedule, I would like it to have stayed on showing the 7 days, rather than going back to 5 days and always reclicking on 7 days.8 votes

Assignment uploads currently only accept Microsoft Word and PDF documents. This means Pages (Apple's equivalent of Word) documents have to be converted/exported as Microsoft Word or PDF documents before the assignments can be uploaded. This creates extra hassle for Mac- and Apple-user students who need to upload assignments, even pressuring them to use a different word processing application.
Adding the acceptance of .pages extensions in addition to .doc, .docx, and .pdf would make the site more friendly to the Mac- and Apple-user portion of the student body.6 votes
The very presence of that sentence is redundant and distracts from useful text.3 votes
My students need to submit large, multi-file assignments for semester-long projects. Currently, the Learning Suite won't accept them, and returning USB flash drives at the end of a semester is a hassle.3 votes

it would be great to be able to sort assignment by date, regardless of category. the categories are nice for grading, but its really easy to miss an upcoming assignment because its hidden in a category at the bottom that is rarely used2 votes
Add "exceptions" for assignments (just as there are in the settings for exams)1 vote

Thank you for your enhancement request. It has been added to the ticketing system.
Allow a message sent to one person on LS to be forwarded to someone else. I had to message an assignment and didn't know we had a TA, so I sent it to the teacher. Now I need to send it to the TA, and it is very difficult without forwarding.1 vote
