How can we improve BYU LEARNING SUITE?

Add keyboard shortcuts

The current click-based UI slows down effectiveness. If there were more robust keyboard shortcuts to navigate and interact with Learning Suite my college experience would be entirely revolutionized.

It is annoying to have to find the "x" to exit a window; it would be better if it was possible to press escape or click outside the pop-up to exit to the main page. (On laptops it can be quicker to use the keyboard to exit, or at least not have to be precise about clicking to leave a window you didn't want to open). This would be especially helpful with the messaging/email system, since it looks like a new page rather than a pop-up, and when using mobile devices like phones and tablets.

Not everyone used the scroll bar to move up and down the page. sometime people use the up down arrows for convenience. this however changes your inputed answers. That is a silly thing to lose points on a online quiz for. Please change it

It would be great if the messages had an escape key that worked so you didn't have to find it and click it. Also, none of the professors use the page correctly and put random things in random places, is there a way you could "teach" them what the categories are and when to use them?
