No more comparisons!
I don't understand the need for a comparison button. I have gone my whole schooling career without ever knowing how I compared to everyone else in the class, and you know what? I've been fine! Pride begins with comparisons, and not to mention the low self-esteem one receives when they've done worse than everyone else in the class. I'm disappointed with BYU and the standards it stands for if it has pride-promoting buttons next to every single assignment. Please remove this! It does more damage than it's worth!
Thank you for your request. It has been added to the ticketing system. Enhancement Request #6927 – Turn off class statistics by default.
Please, please, please remove this function!

I agree that BYU is unhealthily competitive, however I think the purpose for this function is to see one's standing in comparison with the rest of the class, to predict whether there will be a curve and where that will land you if there is. I found this helpful once when a teacher didn't give an A to a single student in her class, and we were able to use that in our argument that she should curve the class.

On a serious note, I know professors can disable this. It would be a pain, but maybe request to your professors each semester to disable it? Of course, it would be best for the LS devs to just permanently disable it; I agree

When taking a quiz, the bar with "back, next page, submit" is fixed to the window bottom so I always see it. This can make users think they have reached the bottom of the page when they haven't. A simple CSS change should be made to keep this at the bottom of the page.
It would also be nice if before hitting "next-page" or "submit" it alerted me if I had questions that are unanswered.
