I would like the ability to prompt the students to review their answers before they submit their attempt for an exam, whether or not they have questions that do not have answers.

To my knowledge, in order to enable a student to attempt an exam after a previous submission, we have to allow the whole class to attempt the exam again (Exam options > Submissions > "Allow students to take this exam more than once")

In the event of a student experiencing some special circumstance that I deem worthy of deserving an additional attempt, I would like to be able to enable the affected student, not the entire class, to attempt the exam once more (or some other limited number of times).

A hypothetical example of what I'm asking for:
My student Bob is in the middle of taking an exam that has a 1 hour time limit and doesn't allow students to re-enter the exam. Learning Suite then goes down for some small amount of time, causing Bob to be kicked out of that exam. When he informs me of his situation, I would like to open that exam to him for one more attempt, possibly with a custom due date, without allowing the other students to attempt the exam again.
